| volume 1: | Warigeiko (59 minutes) Provides easy and clear guidance in the most fundamental movements, such as how to sit down, stand up, and walk in a traditional-style tearoom; how the host readies the utensils in the preparation room (mizuya); and how to do the basic acts, such as fold the fukusa, purify the natsume, and inspect the chasen. Bonryaku temae, which is the simplest and most convenient tea-making procedure as it employs a spouted hot water kettle, is demonstrated to show how these actually come into play. |
